Our mision

GC&C is founded on the idea that personal advice is the only way to ensure we offer suitable career opportunities for every IT professional. The way we do it is vital to the process and the outcome of all our projects. The blood of our company is fueled with our founder’s spirit. As an I&O psychologist he laid out an objective. One that at the time seemed impossible to achieve, so we created a way to do it. For every specific IT professional we create a new and personal path to help him or her. It’s a guide. We are a guide for a next step in every IT career. Because sometimes the best career step is not to take a step just yet.

    Career counseling, sourcing and recruiting of various software developers (e.g. PHP, Java, C/C++, C#.NET, etc.) and DevOps engineers (PHP and Java); relationship building; optimizing recruitment process; detailing job profiles from applications received; conducting intakes and interviews; acquisition and sales; writing reports in CRM.
